Colorless lead glass, white sulphide; blown, cut, encased, molded sulphide. (a) Bulbous, ovoid shape; flared rim with diamond-faceted thick rim; short flaring neck, ground for a stopper; scratched "15" inside the neck; panel-cut shoulders; cut ledge; polished oval panel enclosing a molded sulphide plaque of a seated female angel, writing on a large tablet; reverse flat, impressed "Pellatt & Green, / Patentees, LONDON."; sides, back and base covered with finely cut strawberry diamonds. (b) Convex, circular shape, covered with finely cut strawberry diamonds; waisted, panel-cut stem; tapered, polished shank with polished base, with scratched "15" on the end.
