Blue non-lead glass; blown and tooled. Cylindrical candlesocket above tooled hollow drip pan above a knop above a hollow hour- glass-like stem, applied foot, folded under; rough pontil mark in center with rectangular label "101" on top of a larger rectangular paper label.
