Primary Description: 
Colorless, transparent dark blue non-lead glass; sheet-glass, mirrored, cut, cemented. Flat, square form, with elaborate, cut outline; formed of two thin sheets of glass, one colorless and mirrored on the back, the other a blue overlay on colorless, and mirrored on the back, cemented together; the blue side cut with four stylized Fleurs-de-lis at the corners, and a cut square with cut diagonals at the center; similar, but shallower, cutting on the colorless side.
