Primary Description: 
Grayish white, red, yellow, blue, brown, green, black and colorless lead glasses; blown, applied decoration picked up from marver. Cylindrical shape, hollow, blown of colorless glass lined with a layer of white, multi-colored designs on the outside show arcs of red, yellow and blue above a brown spotted cow and bull with three red hearts in between above a green mound; on the reverse a ripply music staff above and "3 MOO'S AND S SIGH/ SPRING IS HERE" written below; rough pontil mark on base along with scratched signature, "RICK bERNSTEIN 77".
