Primary Description: 
Colorless glass, white, green, yellow and black enamel; blown, enameled. Waisted hourglass-shaped vase. Exterior decorated with almost solid coat of white enamel with subtle, slightly slanted vertical striations. Large enameled decoration of single yellow tulip with two leaves on one side of vase.
