Primary Description: 
Colorless lead glass; blown, cut, engraved. Slightly tapered, straight-sided form, with a cut, raised, rope band below the rim, above a band of horizontal grooves; four vertical bands of angular grooves separate four raised panels, with a raised American shield bearing seven engraved stars in the top half, and fifteen vertical bars on the lower half, two with raised harps with engraved diagonal strings, and a raised shield with finely engraved battlement stone tower with a flaming heart at the top in the upper half, and seven cut bends sinister in the lower half; a band of horizontal angular grooves at the base, above a narrow relief-cut band of diamond facets; the base entirely diamond faceted.
