Tumbler or Rummer. Probably non-lead glass, bubbly and striated, clear light blue of greenish cast; pattern-molded and free-blown; ovoid bowl drawn at bottom into very short stem; applied thick slightly sloping circular foot with rough pontil mark; pattern of expanded wide-spaced vertical ribs on bowl.
