Primary Description: 
Colorless, translucent amethyst non-lead glasses, copper; mold made from original clay model, fused crushed glass, electroformed copper. Solid horizontal sculpture in abstract "iron" shape; broad thick handle attached to body by heavy vertical posts, with tapered outside edges covered with copper; solid rectangular body, with tapered outside edges, top concave ribbed edge sheathed in copper; body has overall patterning of shallow circular indentations; slightly inset ribbed base covered in copper; base ground flat; unsigned.
