Primary Description: 
Clear and translucent blue heavy glasses; wear marks at base; free-blown, pressed (?), cased and cut. Cylindrical body with plain rim tapering to the solid conical foot; multi-pointed star on base (pressed ?), on body from bottom to top friezes of flutes, oval and disks cut through the blue overlay.
