Colorless, blue non-lead glasses; blown, tooled. Trumpet shaped vase with applied ring of blue glass at top rim; base of trumpet tooled in a flattened hollow ball and overlaid with dark blue transparent glass; applied capstan shaped stem, applied circular foot; polished pontil mark underneath.
