Translucent pale blue-gray non-lead glass, gold lustre; mold-blown, lustred, fired. Conical vase with straight walls flaring towards lipless opening ground and polished flat; walls decorated with four broad vertical zig-zag bands of gold lustre extending from rim to base; base ground and polished flat, no pontil; inscribed in script on base edge: "Kopecký '57".
