Transparent iridescent gold glass; blown and pressed. Circular flared upper rim curves under to solid cylindrical area; inside base of bowl with pressed "Victory medallion" with a rayed background, an eagle atop the Liberty Bell, a bandolier which says "Victory" and the date "1918" below; small domed foot; engraved on base of foot: "L.C.T., Favrile".
