Round funnel shape bowl; engraved inscription "DE VEREENDE STAATEN," above two crossed flags (one the American flag, the other the Dutch flag) tied to a lance capped by a liberty hat; stem composed of a multiple- spiral air twist section with central swelling knop, above a teared inverted baluster with small base knop; conical shape foot, rough pontil mark.
