This water carafe is cut in the Wheeler pattern, which originated around 1885. This pattern was made until the turn of the century in a variety of shapes and sizes. Though simple to cut and similar to patterns from other cutting shops, this pattern, unique to Mt. Washington, was very popular with customers.
Gift of The New Bedford Glass Society.
