Biography: Joe Schill

Joe Schill began working full time at the Rakow Research Library in 2020 as an Archivist and is responsible for processing archival collections, creating finding aids and managing the Museum’s web archiving program with Archive-It. He joined the Library in 2019 as Project Archivist and worked as an intern in 2017.

Before becoming an archivist, Schill taught high school social studies for ten years. He earned an MS in Information and Library Science, as well as an MA in Teaching, MA in History and BS in Marketing.

Schill is a member of the Society of American Archivists and the Mid-Atlantic Regional Archives Conference.
