January 17 - 22, 2022
One-Week Session

Students will develop skills to better navigate the balance between construction and aesthetics using borosilicate glass. Advanced learners in this class will focus on the exploration of hollow work to create marbles, pendants, and original functional sculpture. Students will engage in discussion about inspiration and originality while developing strategies to execute their unique artistic vision. This class uses borosilicate (hard) glass. One year of flameworking experience is required.

For the wellbeing of all students and staff, The Studio is requiring that students, instructors, and teaching assistants participating in on-site classes must provide verification that they are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
