Glassmaker Erica Rosenfeld will be an Artist-in-Residence at The Studio March 23 through April 25.

Listen to her discuss her work and process during this informal lecture on April 16th at 12:00 p.m.

During her residency, Erica is interested in utilizing both the hot shop and the cold shop to create components for sculptures and two-dimensional objects based on mid-century traditions.

Free and open to the public; no reservations required.

Embracing the cultural histories of glassmaking, cooking, and crafting, Erica Rosenfeld’s work celebrates community-centric, obsessive, and labor-intensive ritual. Her hybrid artistic practice has centered on the performative, sculptural, and social aspects of glass and food making.
