Drawing is for jug, in center, with round body and beak-like spout with fan embellishment. A small wine glass with round body is on left and a small glass, narrowing toward base, in on right. Each piece of glassware is light green.
Drawing is on light brown construction paper.
"Aug. Herbst" -- signed in watercolor on lower right corner.
Some notations penciled in above glass on left.
Herbst was one of Émile Gallé's collaborators, being principally employed in the furniture workshops in Nancy. He won a prize for his outstanding designs at the Exposition Universelle in Paris in 1900.
